Ares 90Despite failing to promote its own weapons, the Ares company collaborated with Cadillac Gage to develop another project that was supposed to interest the U.S. military. It was a simplified version of a light, rapid armored vehicle with high-tech solutions and low production costs. As armament, 85 mm and 90 mm Ares guns were proposed, including the Twilight-2000 gun. However, a "light" vehicle that weighed nearly 50 tons impressed neither the Army nor the Marine Corps.
